Roberts PolyPro—Bottle and Can Handling

Roberts PolyPro offers 100 percent biodegradable LDPE and HDPE plastic multipack carriers, known as Craft-Pak® and Grip-Pak®, respectively. Grip-Pak® is one of the most affordable multipacking options out there, averaging only a nickel per unit. Craft-Pak® uses up to 30 percent less plastic and can save you up to 25 percent on costs compared to other comparable handles, and it comes in 32 standard colors, so you can coordinate with your can colors. For those with existing applicators for other HDPE carriers, we’re introducing Craft-Pak® Versa, a new biodegradable HDPE carrier that uses up to 50 percent less plastic and is compatible with most applicators on the market.

We also offer manual, semi-automatic, and automatic inline handle applicators for both types of multipack carriers. We’ll have two Craft-Pak® applicators on display—the ICHA-180 and ICHA-160—and one Grip-Pak® applicator—the GPA-70. Serpa Beverage Cartoning

Serpa will be attending CBC 2024 with our FM150 intermittent-motion beverage cartoner running live demonstrations. This beverage cartoner was designed for ease of operation, maintenance, and quick, repeatable, toolless changeover. The versatile FM150 can run standard or slim cans at up to 300 cans per minute in nine configuration options. Serpa design means operators have walk-in access, and jams can be cleared out in a matter of seconds.

In addition to cartoning, Serpa also offers tray- and case-packing equipment to complement any beverage-packaging operation. Serpa offers a 98 percent uptime guarantee.
