All Grain Recipe

Grain

  • 11.25 lbs Golden Promise
  • .25 lbs Roasted Barley
  • .25 lbs Chocolate Wheat

Hops

  • 1 oz Target (30 minutes)

Yeast

  • Scottish (Wy 1728) (WLP 028)

Dough-in with 15 quarts of 168° water for a 45 minute 156° Sacch rest. Add 6 quarts boiling water to mash-out. Ferment at 62° and age for four weeks.
