Grain

  • 8.25 lbs Pale Malt
  • 1 lbs Dark Munich
  • .75 lbs 60 L Crystal Malt
  • .5 lbs Flaked Barley
  • .5 lbs British Roasted Barley
  • .25 lbs Debittered Black
  • .25 lbs Special Roast

Hops

  • .75 oz Chinook (60 minutes)
  • 1.25 oz Chinook (20 minutes)
  • 1 oz Chinook (5 minutes)
  • 1 oz Chinook (Dry Hop)

Yeast

  • American Ale II

Mash at 152° in 15 quarts of water for 60m. Dry hop in secondary carboy for three days before packaging.
