HOPS AND ADDITIONS SCHEDULE

1 oz Opal [5–8% AA] at 60 minutes 0.5 oz Opal [5–8% AA] at 10 minutes

DIRECTIONS

Steep specialty grains at 150–160°F (66–72°C) for 20 minutes. Ferment at 52°F (11°C).
