What the brewers say

“Pilsner heavy handedly dry-hopped with an over-3-lbs-per-bbl combo of Strata and New Zealand Cascade.”

What our panel thought

“Floral, spicy, lemony hop character. Orange peel citrus with a sweeter malt profile yields a heavier finish than expected. Lingering hop notes add some welcome complexity. Pleasant and interesting, simplified yet characterful. Bitterness is low but the beer still has an impression of dryness.”

What our editors thought

“Melon nose with a light refreshing cucumber zip. Pleasantly subtle in the sip despite the aromatic intensity, with basil bitterness.”
