“Brett-driven nose with elevated citrus tones and tropical-fruit notes. Soft malt structure with orange, pineapple, peach, mango, and passion-fruit flavors, wrapped in a layer of Brett fermentation. Expressive finish, with a burst of tropical-fruit hop flavors that break free from the Brett notes.”

“Juicy peach and melon in the aroma, with a fresh floral angle. The same fruits appear in the flavor, with a lightly woody bread-crust line highlighted by a light herbal burst. Unusual, but it works.”
