What the brewers say

“Pilsner finished on medium-heavy toast French oak staves.”

What our panel thought

“Light, sweet, creamy apple note in the nose with a medium doughy character. Medium-sweet bread malt with a hint of citrus. Slightly muted in the mid-finish, then off-dry. Light in flavor, light in body, just enough there to keep things interesting.”

What our editors thought

“Medium green and toasted oak notes with a bit of vanilla in the aroma. Savory on the palate, with a bit of coconut, buffered by a light woody bitterness.”
