roma. A bit of green tea in there and a hint of bready crust behind the hops. Moderate sweetness and malt bitterness are nicely balanced. The balance combined with a medium body makes this feel a bit more substantial than the average Pils."

New Belgium Dominga Grapefruit

New Belgium wood cellar blender Lauren Limbach was gifted a new foeder that she aptly named Dominga—a play on the Spanish word for Sunday.
