What the brewers say

“A crushable, crisp, clean pilsner built on pilsner malt and unmalted wheat, with a generous addition of Hallertau Tradition hops.”

What our panel thought

“Fermentation character and floral hops perfectly integrated at the outset, yeast and herbal hop edge complementing each other. Medium bitterness. The hop profile moves into thyme, strawberry, and rosemary as it warms; the slightly sweet, grainy malt backbone shows itself more as well. Light on the palate. Finishes dry and quick.”

What our editors thought

“Floral and herbal nose with just a bit of spice blends a cardamom richness with an almost anise-like light edge, buffered by sourdough-crust notes and a bit of fresh oregano. Sweeter in the sip as the rich body amplifies Noble-ish citrus tones with an herbal bitterness behind. Bold yet refined, with an unapologetic verve.”
