“Whiskey barrel up front with rich bread crust and melanoidin malt supporting it. Rich caramel and toffee flavor with a hint of soy sauce, cherry, and chocolate. Very sweet mid-palate, but sweetness fades.”

“Wood tannin and toffee on the nose. The sip is sweet and boozy, with a touch of tannic structure, but a bit light on the malt foundation.”
