What the brewers say

“Clean cracker malt and crisp carbonation with slight spice from Saaz hops.”

What our panel thought

“Strong, classic hop aromatics: fennel, lemongrass, sage. Sticky bread dough. Hop character dominates palate from start to finish. Sticky bread dough peeks through as waves of herbs and earth sweep over. Tastes like it didn’t finish fermenting; could be drier. Bitterness lingers. Lacks depth.”

What our editors thought

“Soft citrus and zesty sweetness in the nose. The sip is mildly grainy with medium bitterness that trades personality for accessibility.”
