Squatters Chasing Tail Orange Golden Ale

Aroma: “Sharp earthy hops notes reminiscent of mushroom, tomato skin, and fresh green peas. This is joined by a huge dose of woody and pine hops, almost like an English country pine forest. Malt is easy overall, like a light biscuit.”

Flavor: “Earthy hops notes carry the front, with some light chicken stock and woodsy notes. A touch of carbonation to heighten the beer’s flavors. Malt character is very subtle with just a touch of cracker and biscuit. Dry but crisp finish with a slight lingering mouth-coating bitterness.”

Overall: “American-inspired in the hopping, British-inspired in the carbonation and smooth malt. This beer would serve as a fitting complement to a fish fry.”
