Fly Llama Brewing Millie Grace

What the brewers say

“Classic German hefeweizen.”

What our panel thought

“Light bready and bread-dough aroma up front with a low banana ester and slight lime hint. Mild tartness morphs into a light lemon-lime note in the flavor. Banana flavors are nicely restrained by a touch of clove, while both elements balance a bready malt body. Creamy mouthfeel.”

What our editors thought

“Unfettered tropical and fruit-gum notes in the nose roll right into the sweet flavor, where they pick up a strong peppery counterpoint. Balanced, but at a rather loud volume.”
