Flavor matches the aroma but heads further down the path with the lime character—verging on the squeeze-bottle lime from the grocery store with no expiration date. The hibiscus drives the deep pink color and a nice floral finish. The carb level is medium, and there is a just a touch of sweetness to counter the tannins from the tea/hibiscus, keeping the drinkability high. Nicely done although some might prefer a more lactic tartness over the acetic.
