“Aroma punches above its weight with malted milk balls, grainy biscuit, slight roast, and light floral hops. Surprisingly rich malt flavors, with chocolate, sweet malt, and firm hop bitterness. Light grain astringency. Soft, quick finish. Flavorful.”

“Inviting, intense nose: light floral hops, touch of pear ester, gentle bready malt. The sip has heft, with substantial body and warm malt. The acidity is a bit too bright thanks to big carbonation, with more attack than roll. Compelling beer regardless.”
