Good Word Brewing & Public House Die Todd Die

"Clean aromatics with a nice light malt presence and a touch of floral and perfume-like hops. Muted grassy nose with an odd malty sweetness. The bitterness is present early and often with a light grassy note enhancing the soapy and floral hop characteristics. Aggressive, sharp bitterness with a lingering vegetal flavor, almost celery-like. A touch of cracker-like malt attempts to ground things mid palate, but that sharp bitterness reemerges and lingers into the finish. Finishes astringent."
