Aroma: “Pear, plum, and red apple up front with a nice supportive caramel malt character. Nice fruity sweetness. Slight alcohol note comes through.”

Flavor: “Nice fruit sweetness with pear, some apple, and plum, and nice malt character and sweetness with some car- amel and slight toffee, with a very subtle hint of spice. Moderate carbonation and a nice warming in the background. Balance is pretty good, though light and relatively simple.”

Overall: “Nice and fruity quad. Put together well with pear, apple, and cherry. Could benefit from a bit more malt richness and depth to balance the great fruity notes. The heat in the finish helps to dry it out. While it’s not the most exciting example we’ve tasted, it’s well-executed and tasty.”
