“Roast malt, hints of coffee, and a touch of perfume-like hops in the aroma give way to flavor that deftly balances the chocolate-malt sweetness with roast malt, earthy hops, and a touch of black licorice. Despite its heft, the alcohol is well masked. Drinkable and interesting despite its simplicity.”
