What the brewers say

“Just as its namesake, this beer is smart, clean, and surprisingly badass.”

What our panel thought

“Muted aroma with light bready malt and hints of honey. Low pine and lime. Low head does not retain well. Medium honey sweet biscuit and bready malt. Fair oxidation throughout. Medium bitterness seems blunted. Hop flavors spicy and grassy. Finish is dry, though honey sweet aftertaste is evident. Seems well-made, but oxidation is a significant issue.”

What our editors thought

“Sweet floral nose with light peach notes. The sip continues the peach-herbal theme, with significant malt sweetness supporting the fruit notes.”
