“Subtly funky aroma with hints of leather, horse blanket, and light minerality. Light peachy fruit with hints of white pepper and an aggressive carbonic bite. A bit watery, which highlights the more aggressive sourness. Light, very sour but still complex and interesting.”

“Peach stone-fruit nose is braced by a touch of mixed-fermentation funk. The sip is light and less-defined. Acidity continues to build with each sip.”
