Aroma: “The strong peach notes, like peach juice, are very inviting. Some mango and sweetness, with some sourness and spice as the head dissipates. Light acidity, and no hops aroma.”

Flavor: “The thick, sweet peach character is very present throughout the taste. Tartness hides behind the flavor and comes through subtly, with a touch of dissonance. Carbonation is moderate, but could be a bit higher to counter the heavier body. The end of the sip is light and sour, but the finish is very sweet.”

Overall: “Very peach-forward, bordering on too strong, and the characteristic tartness of kettle sours is very mild by comparison. Perhaps more carbonation would also help bring in more complexity. However, it’s still a very drinkable beer and the fruit-forward flavor and mild acidity are great for those who may not think they like sour beers.”
