Aroma: “Big citrus notes of grapefruit and orange with some tropical fruit behind, mainly mango. Huge hops nose, herbal and spicy, with grassy undertones. I could smell this well before I brought it to my face. Very nice fresh hops character. Nice pine, grassy sweetness.”

Flavor: “Rich toasted malt backbone to support the huge hops bill. Hops are a nice blend of citrus and tropical fruit. Orange and mango with a touch of pineapple, lemon, grapefruit. Finishes intensely bitter but not harsh. The hops flavor is every bit as pronounced as the nose—it’s huge and fresh. The herbal spiciness is here in spades, but now I can get a bit of pineapple, evergreen, and perfume as well. Finishes sweet and juicy with some balanced bitterness and some warmth. The body is not big, but is nice and allows a good showcase of the hops.”

Overall: “Massive hops character of all the right sort. Great beer. Very nice flavor bomb. The body did just enough to allow a good showcase of the hops. Very fruity and juicy and kept me wanting more.”
