König Brewery Pilsener
Aroma: “A balanced blend of hops spiciness, with some underlying bread-crumb and biscuit sweetness. A little honey, floral spice, mild raisin, and cherry add a nice complexity.”
Flavor: “Light-bodied, with sweet, honeyed biscuit up front, followed by floral spice character. The bitterness lingers without changing flavors. Floral, vegetal, and light lemony tartness show through in the finish.”
Overall: “The hops profile appears relatively simple and is well-balanced by the sweet biscuit of the malt. Light-bodied, balanced, and simple.”
