Three Taverns Craft Brewery Rapturous
Aroma: “Nice raspberry on the nose, but a delicate sweetness comes through on the back. Mild tartness.”
Flavor: “The beer has a nice balance of fruit sweetness with big raspberry, a touch of bitter, moderate malt/wheat sweetness, and a touch of acidity. The tartness is delicate and balances well. Clean, refreshing, tasty.”
Overall: “Rather straightforward beer with the raspberry dominant, some tartness, and not a huge amount of complexity. It showcases the raspberries without being too sweet. Refreshing.”
