Roaring Table Brewing Four of Harts
“Hop-forward aroma: resin, pine, grass, light black pepper. Pear and geranium esters. Low biscuit and toast malt. Hop notes fade as the malt becomes more dominant. Malt-forward flavor, with solid malty chocolate, toast, pie crust. Light hits of fig ester. Hop flavor of light cedar, but restrained. Finishes fairly dry, with malt lingering.”
