What the brewers say

“Czech pilsner with Saaz.”

What our panel thought

“Brilliant, beautiful beer. A floral, herbal hop aroma with a grainy and bready malt flavor. Nice balance between the malt and hops with a bitter, but not harsh, finish that suggests sweet but is dry enough to encourage another sip. Mouthfeel and carbonation are on point.”

What our editors thought

“Beautiful Saaz hop note in the aroma with a grassy, herbal dimension that doesn’t feel overplayed. Bready malt leads the sip, full and satisfying without feeling heavy, quickly supported by a discrete and tightly tuned hop note that balances bitterness with a light herbal character and just a hint of floral top note. Clever, yet gorgeous.”
