“Aromas of bread dough rising in a warm square of sun; graham cracker intermingles with white-pepper spicy hops. Lots of crackery malt throughout, with just a slight bitterness peeping out at the end. Hops are quite mild at first, building over time. The texture is very light and crisp, like a delicate water cracker. Highly attenuated, balancing the malt and Noble hops almost perfectly. Bitterness is a bit coating at the end.
