Aroma: “Very floral aroma with slight caramel notes in front of the wheat. Nice floral coriander notes and slight citrus. Hints of herbs. Almost a banana-like ester.”

Flavor: “Nice sweetness of honey and citrus orange fruitiness with notes of ly- chee. Slight wheat flavor and light earthy hop character. Earthy pepper notes are present. Sweet, almost banana profile. Nice balance of acidity and carbonation. Crisp and refreshing. No flaws, but almost more like a hefeweizen than a wit.”

Overall: “Excellent. Great balance. Sweet and refreshing wit with an acidic lactic taste gives a good finish. Very nice profile of yeast characteristics. Very fresh coriander.”
