On November 8 and 9, some of the world’s greatest and smallest artisanal beer, cider, and mead makers will join festival attendees to share their stories and knowledge at the Shelton Brothers’ Festival 2014: Los Angeles Edition. You’d have to spend months and countless dollars for a chance to meet this many world-class brewers. Shelton Brothers has saved you the trouble and the expense—they’ll all be on hand at the festival to talk about their work and to pour for you. And many will be creating special brews specifically for the event. You won’t be able to find them anywhere else!

My brother, Joel, and I were both born in California,” says Dan Shelton, president of Shelton Brothers. “And I for one feel like I never moved away in my mind. California is also by far the biggest buyer of our beers, and we are already getting great support from our distributor, Lime Ventures, our friends at local Southern Cal breweries, Brouwerij West in particular, and local authorities and organizations. It's all come together beautifully and amazingly quickly. The venue is the best ever, and we are expecting a great crowd. But most importantly, it just seems right to bring the brightest stars in the brewing world to the wonderfully crazy place where the rest of the stars of the universe live, work, and play.”

Craft Beer & Brewing is the media partner for The Festival 2014. “We couldn’t be more pleased to be associated with Shelton Brothers and The Festival 2014," says John Bolton, cofounder of Craft Beer & Brewing. “It’s so unusual and amazing to get so many world-class brewers and so much incredible beer in one place at one time.”
