“White-wine nose, grapey with a hint of ginger. Soft malt notes of challah bread support. Notes of limeade and yellow Gatorade in the mouth, touch of herbal hops (fresh spearmint and soft oregano). Tart without being sour.”

“Distant lemon in the aroma with Noble-ish dried floral notes. Slightly tea-like in the sip, with high carb and mild acidity that suggests more Brett than bugs. Finishes quick with a drying, slight astringent herbal note.”
