Flavors of peaches, pine, and punch blend classic American resin with novel notes from down under. Dextrose and a low mash temperature lend a dry finish that lets the hops shine through.

8 oz (227 g) Caramel/Crystal Malt 10 L
4 oz (113 g) Caramel/Crystal Malt 60 L
1 lb (454 g) Corn sugar (dextrose)

HOPS SCHEDULE

1 oz (28 g) Motueka at FWH (before the boil)
1 oz (28 g) Rakau at FWH
½ oz (14 g) Nelson Sauvin at FWH
1 oz (28 g) Motueka at 10 minutes
1 oz (28 g) Rakau at 10 minutes
½ oz (14 g) Nelson Sauvin at 10 minutes
1 oz (28 g) Motueka at 5 minutes
1 oz (28 g) Rakau at 5 minutes
1 oz (28 g) Motueka at 0 minutes
1 oz (28 g) Rakau at 0 minutes
2 oz (57 g) Motueka at dry hop
2 oz (57 g) Rakau at dry hop

DIRECTIONS

Mash for 60 minutes at 150°F (65°C). Boil for 60 minutes following the hops schedule.
