Calico Jack Rackham’s ‘Keelhaul’ IPA Recipe

10 lb (4.5 kg) Golden Promise
1 lb (454 g) Crystal 60

HOPS SCHEDULE

0.5 oz (14 g) Chinook at 90 minutes
0.3 oz (8.5 g) Citra at 70 minutes
0.3 oz (8.5 g) Columbus at 50 minutes
1 oz (28 g) Crystal at 50 minutes
0.5 oz (14 g) Challenger at 45 minutes
0.4 oz (11 g) Centennial at 30 minutes
0.3 oz (8.5 g) Cascade at 20 minutes
0.3 oz (8.5 g) Chinook at 10 minutes
1 oz (28 g) Challenger at 5 minutes
1 oz (28 g) Cascade at 2 minutes

DIRECTIONS

Mash for 60 minutes at 156°F (69°C). Boil for 90 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon of Irish Moss at 15 minutes.
