PARTIAL-MASH RECIPE

MALT/GRAIN BILL

3 lb (1.36 kg) Crystal Malt (10L)
3 lb (1.36 kg) Maris Otter (2.5L)
10 lb (4.53 kg) Pale Malt Extract

HOPS SCHEDULE

1 oz (28 g) Zeus Whole Leaf 17.4%AA (60 minutes)
1 oz (28 g) Chinook Whole Leaf 13.0%AA (60 minutes)
1 oz (28 g) Zeus Whole Leaf 17.4%AA (45 minutes)
1 oz (28 g) Chinook Whole Leaf 13.0%AA (45 minutes)
1 oz (28 g) Chinook Whole Leaf 13.0%AA (30 minutes)
1 oz (28 g) Chinook Whole Leaf 13.0%AA (10 minutes)
2 oz (57 g) Citra Whole Leaf 15.6%AA (Dry Hop)

DIRECTIONS

Mash the grains for 60 minutes at 150°F (65°C). Add the pale malt extract, and boil for 60 minutes.

Wyeast American Ale Yeast (#1056)

BREWER’S NOTES

This thing is a beast during primary fermentation, so make sure you have a blow-off tube—or prepare for clean-up.
