All Grain Recipe

Grain

  • 10 lbs German Pilsner
  • 1.5 lbs Dextrine/Carafoam
  • .25 lbs Dark Munich

Hops

  • 2 oz Tettnang (60 minutes)
  • 1 oz Saaz (5 minutes)
  • 1 oz Saaz (0 minutes)

Yeast

  • Bavarian Lager (Wy 2206/2308) (WLP 833/838)

Protein rest: Add 10 quarts of water at 135 degrees hold for 30 minutes. Saccharification: Add 9.4 quarts of water 195 degree water hold for 30 minutes. Mash Out: Add 8.2 quarts of water at 204 degrees. Hold for 10 minutes.
