Chad Henderson, brewer and cofounder at NoDa Brewing in Charlotte, North Carolina, shares this homebrew-scale recipe that makes use of Omega Yeast’s "Thiolized" Helio Gazer strain. This beer’s heftier sibling, Big SLURP, won bronze in the Experimental IPA category at the 2022 Great American Beer Festival, while Lil SLURP has been a big seller locally since its release in January 2023.
