Pure Project Everything Gold May Stay

What the brewers say

"Bright sourness, flavors of tart raspberry. Finishes with light barrel notes."

What our panel thought

"Raspberry dominates aroma. Light, simple acidity. Hint of raspberry smoky notes. Light notes of sour cherry. Solid, strong acidity. Finish very dry. Tartness and fruit linger."

What our editors thought

"Subtle wood and berries on the nose with a faint vegetal note. Flavor is wide with just enough perceived sweetness to balance out the rather significant acidity. Balanced on the intense side of the equation."

Pure Project Hydra

“Nose leads with hops, while citrus and fruit follow. Sweet lime, dragon fruit, light strawberry flavors come out after an initial hop bitterness. Very well-balanced in the interplay of sour, sweet, and fruit.”

Pure Project Euphorik with Blackberry

Light funk on the nose. Hints of lemongrass, leather, horse blanket, wet hay, and a light stone-fruit character create a delicate, inviting aroma. An initial tart, peach-like character fades into an acidic lemon-lime flavor with hints of oak-derived tannin and light vanilla. The acidity builds quickly but also dissipates quickly.

Pure Project Lief

Gin-like aroma—herbal, floral—with musty lemons and grapefruits balanced by cellar funk. Enticing, bookish. Flavor brings gin botanicals, woody citrus, grapefruit—oddly sweet and bitter, muddling the acidity. Lively mouthfeel on fluffy carbonation, smooth finish. Sticky tobacco-tar bitterness.
