What the brewers say

Rustic saison with forest leaves.

What our panel thought

Compelling aroma: odiferous farmyard with hints of ginger, lime, orange peel, eucalyptus, stone fruit, and some oak-like vanilla. This should be a candle. Flavor brings punched-up tartness—notes of peach, strawberry, lime, sour cherry—with effervescent floral-herbal notes. Aroma is the star.

What our editors thought

Curious herbal-citrus note on the nose—lime leaf, orange oil—with an earthy woodiness. In the sip, gentle citrus juice pushes forward with low acidity and round, woody warmth. Fascinating and enveloping, at a distinct herbal-citrus intersection.
