“Light-roast coffee and strawberry ribbon candy in the nose; like Neapolitan ice cream. Blurs into stout territory—fairly rich and full-bodied. Pleasant and complex malt character, but a bit roast-heavy, with a lingering sweetness to wrap it up. Balanced mouthfeel that leans sweet, yet the bitterness keeps it restrained.”
