Aroma: “Mangooooo! Ripe cantaloupe, Sauvignon blanc.”

Flavor: “Huge tropical bouquet at first—peach, mango, and coconut. Massive tropical and citrus notes with a leaning toward tropical in the middle. Very smooth body with some alcohol warmth and a hint of acidity in the finish that really sells the tropical-juice aroma and flavor. Everything we want in a hazy IPA. Flavor was off the charts.”

Overall: “A great beer is all about mouthfeel, and they nailed it. An excellent NEIPA from nose through finish.”

New Belgium Dominga Grapefruit

New Belgium wood cellar blender Lauren Limbach was gifted a new foeder that she aptly named Dominga—a play on the Spanish word for Sunday.
