Rich yet restrained malt flavor: toast, crust, light chocolate. Bitterness almost perfectly balanced to keep the malt in check. Super-clean. Refreshing finish. Lightly sweet malt begs for another taste. Elegant, creamy carbonation brings all the flavors together in wonderful synergy. Herbal hop flavor might be a touch strong for style, but it plays so well.”
