“Spicy and caramelly with licorice notes in the aroma. Dry leathery caramel, fig, fruity pear esters. Lightly roasted coffee, some cooked sugar. Smooth, aged rye-barrel wood complements the smooth, rich toffee malt. Finishes with just enough lingering bitterness.”
