“Hop aroma leans into piney dankness but doesn’t overcommit. Strong grapefruit with light diesel and pine. Seems almost too simple initially, but really builds a lovely flavor experience throughout tasting. Soft, almost floral pink peppercorn finish. Bitterness very restrained. Dry, elegant, and flavorful finish lasts a while.”

“Yuzu and guava on the nose, tropical without feeling heavy. Pithy bitterness forms a solid rind around the sturdy and crisp tropical fruit inside. Medium body cleans up quickly.”
