“Mango and pineapple up front. Passion fruit, mango, and a hint of orange drive the flavor profile. A light saltine malt palate allows the hops to shine. Medium-low astringency puts the brakes on the fruit train. Overall, a little clunky.”

New Belgium Dominga Grapefruit

New Belgium wood cellar blender Lauren Limbach was gifted a new foeder that she aptly named Dominga—a play on the Spanish word for Sunday.
