“Pleasant dark-roast character in the nose; toasted bread with nuts. Beautifully creamy like a nitro pour, accentuating dry chocolate and roast malt. Clean bitterness pairs well with subtle sweetness. Maybe a bit heavy on the roast, but it adds a nice backing bitterness to the nice, snappy finish. Punches above its weight.”

New Belgium Dominga Grapefruit

New Belgium wood cellar blender Lauren Limbach was gifted a new foeder that she aptly named Dominga—a play on the Spanish word for Sunday.
