“Notes of leather, horse blanket, and lemongrass in the aroma complemented by oak-like notes and a hint of peach skin. A lightly acidic tropical sweetness and hints of vanilla in the flavor balance a tart, almost astringent bitterness. Finish is decidedly tart.”
