Hop flavor dominates with lemongrass, lemon zest, light pine resin, black pepper, plus a simple biscuit malt with a hint of sweetness. Clean, firm hop bitterness. Mostly dry finish with light citrus-fruit sweetness.”

New Belgium Dominga Grapefruit

New Belgium wood cellar blender Lauren Limbach was gifted a new foeder that she aptly named Dominga—a play on the Spanish word for Sunday.
