“Herbal hops approach mild hand-soap aroma. Fortunately, the herbal character shifts direction in the flavor toward potpourri or chamomile. The bitterness is round and pleasant, but the body is overly simple, with no melanoidin. Spicy hop flavor quickly floats into a somewhat harsh woody, earthy note.”
