Trap Door Brewing Fleeting Moments

What the brewers say

“Expect a delicate but rice-crisp lager with floral qualities from white and green teas.”

What our panel thought

“Very light honeysuckle blossom, with a low spice and floral hop in aroma and flavor. Finish is clean, semidry, gently acidic, very quaffable. Light tea notes help with the dry finish.”

What our editors thought

“Very light herbal and lemon notes in the aroma, minimal yet bright. Buoyant herbal notes in the flavor feel fun and uplifting with a very light yet compelling framework for the gentle lager underneath.”

Trap Door Brewing Mango Lassi

“Mango and spiced vanilla dominate the aroma with some soft mango. Light, peppery notes of cardamom are notable, but restrained. Vivid punch of citrus, mango, and baking spices fills the mouth atop a firm malt foundation. Cardamom flavor is subdued. Vanilla adds a hint of pleasant sweetness. Nicely balanced.”

Trap Door Brewing Untitled #8

“Red grape aroma with peach underneath and a lactic acidity. Tart and funky with a fruity backbone. As it warms, more of a light peach aspect emerges with a white-wine finish.”

Trap Door Brewing Glowed Up

“Aroma of pineapple, grapefruit. A smidge of evergreen adds complexity. Pillow-soft, bready maltiness showcases the guava, lemon candy, pineapple from the hops. Low bitterness. Alcohol presence adds depth.”
