HOPS SCHEULE

2 oz (57 g) Challenger at 60 minutes

DIRECTIONS

Mash with 13 quarts (12.3 liters) of water at 150°F (66°C) for 60 minutes. Boil for 60 minutes. Ferment at 66°F (19°C) until done, prime with 4.5 oz (128 g) dextrose.
