  • 7 lbs Munich Liquid Malt Extract

Grain

  • .5 lbs Aromatic
  • .25 lbs Black Malt
  • .25 lbs Melanoiden Malt

Hops

  • 1 oz Liberty (60 minutes)
  • 1 oz Mt Hood (10 minutes)

Yeast

  • Alt (Wy 1007) (WLP 036)

Steep grains at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.
